Usability:-  When you download and install the Dropbox, you'll have to sign into your Dropbox account. Then program will create a new folder on your computer called "Dropbox"; you can choose where to install it.  Any files or folders that you place inside the Dropbox folder can be shared easily by simply right-click then select Dropbox from the context menu, then select Share Link. The data that you synchronize is not only available on the devices you have Dropbox installed on, but also on the Internet. A shortcut icon will appear on the screen that lets you open your Dropbox folder with just a double click. From this same icon, you can share files for collaboration in photos and video galleries and your data will be safely backed up. With this you can also schedule automatic backups and control bandwidth usage.

The service stores files with strong encryption on multiple servers and lets you access your files easily from virtually any Internet-enabled device. This program is a must-have for anyone who needs to make their files readily available to multiple users or computers irrespective of the time and location.
