iPad’s popularity in education is growing constantly, and with this, there is an increase of resources in form of articles, videos, tips on how to use it.

This week, we are sharing some social media groups, communities, pages, boards and accounts that you should follow to learn about iPad in education. 

TWITTER

Twitter is among one of the most active social media platform. We have dig out some of the accounts available on Twitter that you can follow to get updates on ipad in education.

Jeff Johnson: Dedicated to a discussion of the role the iPad (and devices like it) can play in education. Apple Distinguished Educator. Twitter handle is @ipadeducators.

iPad for educators: This is a Facebook Group for educators to share iPad resources and information for all disciplines.

Educators’ iPad User Group:  This is an informal online user group, for educators who are using the iPad for educational purposes, or who are just interested in learning more about the convergence of the iPad and education (K12, higher ed, continuing ed, etc.)

iOS (iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch) Education Users Group: Another Facebook group where you can interact with educators and updates related to iOS (iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch).

iPad Apps For School Kids: A group dedicated to learning based iPad apps for use in the classroom, and at home. 

GOOGLE+

iPad Ed: A community on Google+ that talks about iPads and Mobile Media in Education.

Using iOS Devices in Education: Another popular group that shares and discusses about the iPads, iPods and iPhones in education.

Tech EDGEThe channel focuses on innovation in teaching, learning and teacher education. Much of their current work is focused on iPads in the Classroom.

iPad Today: Tech geeks Leo Laporte and Sarah Lane love their iPads so much they've created "iPad Today," the TWiT network's first show highlighting the best apps, most helpful tools, coolest tricks, and essential news surrounding the iPad revolution. "iPad Today" is smart, informative, and lots of fun.

Official Apple Channel: Channel focusing on how Apple is defining the future of mobile media and computing with iPad apart from other Apple devices.
