I will give a quick walk through of the topics that were covered over the last one week that might catch your interest, by briefly touching few of those articles and discussing a few of them in detail. I find myself researching and learning so many 

new things when I visit EdTechReview for the weekly digest. This week I will be touching the following topics in this digest with some great infographics covered this week. 

5 Mistakes to Avoid When Flipping Your Class

When Aaron Sams and I first started flipping our classes in 2007, we made a lot of mistakes. If you are considering flipping your classroom this fall (or just flipping a few lessons), I want to share with you some of the mistakes we made or have seen others make, so that you don’t have to repeat them.

Keep Your Videos Short: Short-short-short! We took our standard lecture and made videos. These videos contained multiple objectives and pieces of content and were way too long.

Beyond Band Aid: Tech Brings New Ways to Use Data for Social Good

Technology has changed the way we do just about everything. For Karnataka Learning Partnership (KLP), a public platform for education which relies on new-age technologies to generate data, the main objective is to create simple, intuitive and useful interfaces to collect data and insights for the education ecosystem. KLP was formed as a framework for nonprofits, corporations, academic institutions, and citizens to get involved in improving government schools in Karnataka, India.

Thanks to the multiple functionalities mobile devices like tablets and smart phones are offering it is becoming easier to let students develop their own multimedia e-book in class.
