Origin Learning and CognitiveScale won the Bronze Award in the Best Learning Technologies in the International Commercial Sector category in November 2020. Learning Technologies is Europe's leading showcase of organizational learning and the technology used to support learning at work.
Learning Technologies acknowledged that our collaboration with CognitiveScale addressed a very clear performance need that was met with a well-targeted solution with thoughtful and creative use of technology. The implementation strategy ensured that we could develop a large volume of high-quality content and rapidly deploy it to both internal and external learners despite the time constraints, resulting in significant time and cost savings for our client. We consider this a milestone in our mission to support the business goals of our clients with our in-house learning technology, Fractal LXP, and the expertise of our instructional design, visual design, and user experience teams.
CognitiveScale provides industry-optimized enterprise-grade AI products and solutions. Product updates are continuous, and sales and adoption depend heavily on product evangelization and training. Operating in the complex domain of artificial intelligence, CognitiveScale’s challenge was to transform its classroom training into online training – to achieve scale and improve reach. This required designing the curriculum and user experience, creating digital content and virtual practice sessions, and deploying a learning platform. Typically, changing to an online training paradigm requires a minimum of 1-2 years of planning and implementation. With Origin as a learning partner, CognitiveScale achieved this in five months.
The Key Innovations that led to Project Success:
Turnkey Solution – an end-to-end solution spanning curriculum design, content development, and platform deployment.
Process Innovation – Recruiting in-house AI subject matter experts significantly accelerated the content development. Agile development with a strong instructional framework ensured that high-quality accurate content was delivered even as product features underwent iterative changes.
Product Innovation – provided the client a unique branded SAAS learning platform that integrated with internal HR systems and vLab infrastructure to enable real-time training.

Origin Learning's Fractal LXP won Bronze in the Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for External Training. Our winning entry was for "Learning Experience Platform for Customer Training". This is our twelfth award from Brandon Hall Group, a leading research analyst firm focused on Learning and Development.

Origin Learning is a proud winner of the Design Awards 2019 under the Mobile category for its flagship Fractal – Learning Experience Platform app. We overcame stiff competition from Aaj Tak news app and IndiGo Airlines native mobile app to win the award.
