Egg drop challenge
What You'll Need:
- Egg
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper rolls
- Scissors
- A shoe
- A popcorn container
- Cotton balls
- Straws
- Balloons
- Socks
- Elastics
- Some popcorns
- Yarn
- Bags
- Egg carton and tape
Step 1
Begin the experiment by putting the eggs in the bag, socks or egg carton in three different bowls, respectively.
Step 2
Then, build something to cushion the egg, so the force does not break the egg when it falls.
Step 3
You need to take three different bowls to test the success and fill each with different materials recommended in the video.
Step 4
Lastly, drop them on different floors to check if it breaks.
Make ice cream in a plastic bag
What you’ll need:
- Ziplock bag
- Milk
- Cup
- Whipping Cream
- Vanilla extract
Step 1
Pour milk in a cup and mix whipping cream.
Step 2
To add flavour, put sugar and vanilla extract and mix them well.
Step 3
Now, put the mixture in the zip lock bag and seal it. Make sure there is some air inside.
Step 4
Keep it aside and put some ice and iodized salt in the other bag.
Step 5
Then put the first bag inside the ice bag and seal it.
Step 6
Cover it with a cloth shake it hard for at least 5 mins.
And you get instant ice cream.
Blobs in a bottle
What you’ll need:
- Gloves
- Safety glasses
- Bottle
- Vegetable oil
- Water
- Food colourings
- Antacid tab
Step 1
Add 3/4 cup of water to the bottle.
Step 2
Fill the left space with vegetable oil and let it settle for 5/10 mins.
Step 3
Then add a few drops of food colourings.
Step 4
Put antacid tablets (as much required)
Now observe the chemical reaction. You see blobs emerging in the bottle.
Make your own volcano
What you’ll need:
- Vinegar and water
- Spoon
- Food colouring
- Baking soda
- Dish Soap
Step 1
Add 2/3 part of the cup with water.
Step 2
Pour liquid dish soap.
Step 3
Add food colouring and baking soda and stir well.
Step 4
Lastly, add vinegar and see the explosion.
Orange Fizz
What You'll Need:
- An Orange or Clementine
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Step 1
Slice the orange or peel it individually.
Step 2
Soak a slice in baking soda.
Step 3
Have a bite of it! As you chew, you should start to feel bubbly in your mouth.
Dancing Corn Easy Science Experiment
What You’ll Need:
- Clear carbonated soda like a Sprite
- Popcorn kernels
- Water
- Three clear cups
Step 1
Fill one of the cups with water. The corn did not dance in plain water.
Step 2
Add food colourings to all jars.
Step 3
Now put baking soda in the jars and mix it well.
Step 4
Add vinegar. Now, observe what happens. You see the corns dancing.
