Tealfeed, a Gurugram-based startup, announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from angel investors and returning investor Ah! Ventures.
With the fresh capital, Tealfeed plans to scale its engineering and marketing teams and on-board new creators on the platform.
Tealfeed was launched in April 2021 by Rohit Garg and Sourabh Kaushik, with the goal of creating a knowledge-sharing platform that keeps people’s feeds informative, connects people with similar interests, empowers creators by monetizing their content, and connects them with the right market opportunities. It’s a platform for people to share their knowledge, connect and learn from the experiences of others, and establish themselves as an authentic source of information in their areas of expertise.
The startup is on a mission to turn creators’ dreams into an ambitious career, empowering them with content monetisation tools and a platform to foster lasting communities.
Tealfeed claims to have a monthly user base of 2.5 lakh and has seen over 32,000 blogs being published across technology, programming, design, startup leadership, marketing and other topics. It has also introduced a business-to-business model connecting working professionals to the creators as a monetisation model.
On Tealfeed, thousands of people create, share, engage and connect with each other every day. It is continuously working towards enhancing the experience of the users and creators.
Last year in August, Tealfeed had raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from a group of angel investors through ah! Ventures Angel platform.
