Schoolnet, a market leader in the K-12 government school EdTech space, has announced its acquisition of GeniusTeacher, a private school-focused AI EdTech company, in a multi-million-dollar all-stock deal.

Through its time-tested solutions, the company aims to contribute to the efforts towards providing better education opportunities for children in schools. It impacts all significant stakeholders in the education ecosystem by helping improve teaching and learning efficiency and bringing about a positive change in conventional thinking and approach to education.

The company currently has around 2.5 million active students, with about 10% being paid users across 800 private schools. Headquartered in Mumbai, the firm supports over 10+ curriculums.
