Jobilla, a Helsinki-based company specializing in digital recruitment technology, has launched its latest AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance global recruitment efforts. With these innovations, the platform aims to significantly reduce the time and effort involved in setting up and managing recruitment campaigns, enabling companies to attract top talent worldwide with unprecedented ease.
The newly introduced tools claim to reduce campaign setup and execution times by at least 50%. By automating labour-intensive operations like ad development, landing page content, email drafts, and candidate screening, the platform enables recruiters to focus on what is most important—identifying and obtaining the top prospects for their organizations. Among these tools’ most notable features is their AI-driven localization capability, which generates native-level material in numerous languages, ensuring that recruitment campaigns resonate highly with target audiences in different regions without requiring manual translations.
Alongside launching these innovative tools, Jobilla has raised $6.7 million (€6 million) in additional funding from prominent investors, including Juuri Partners, Trind VC, Business Finland, and business angels. Notably, Matti Vikkula, a seasoned executive with experience at PwC and currently the CEO of Biokraft International AB, has joined Jobilla as the Chair of the Board.
Founded by Henri Nordström and Tommi Siro in 2015 in Finland, Jobilla uses AI-powered candidate filtering, a mobile-supported funnel, and top marketing strategies. This combination ensures that the best candidates see the job opportunities, irrespective of their employment status. The company frees up recruiters’ and HR representatives’ time to compare candidates and find the best person for the job. At the same time, its AI-driven tools also help track progress, provide candidate summaries, and provide data throughout the hiring process, giving recruiters the confidence they need to make hiring decisions.
Speaking about the development, Henri Nordström, CEO of Jobilla, said:
AI won’t solve every challenge recruiters and HR departments face, but it can significantly reduce the time and costs associated with managing a hiring campaign. With our new tools, we’ve eliminated many of the tedious tasks that bog down the recruitment process, allowing teams to concentrate on selecting the best candidates from an already strong pool.
The firm runs over 8,000 recruitment campaigns annually across more than 50 countries. In recognition of its industry-leading solutions, G2 named it the best recruiting marketing platform in 2022. The newly raised capital will further develop Jobilla’s AI-driven platform and solidify its market presence across Europe.
With its latest AI-driven tools and fresh capital injection, Jobilla is poised to continue its rapid growth and redefine the global recruitment landscape.
