BrightCHAMPS, a leading provider of innovative learning programmes in coding, financial literacy, robotics, and communication for K-12 students, has acquired Edjust, a Mumbai-based K12 education marketplace, in a cash and stock deal, marking its fourth acquisition.
However, the company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
With this deal, Edjust’s founders will lead the company’s efforts to open a new distribution channel. The soon-to-be-announced vertical will deliver learning in academic subjects like Math, Science, and English for students’ overall success and future readiness.
Edjust, the brainchild of seasoned EdTech professionals, is transforming how parents worldwide make informed decisions about their children’s education. In an era of numerous options, the platform makes the process easier by providing a complete platform with robust comparison measures, untampered evaluations secured by blockchain, and new tools to assist parents in finding the best fit for their child’s requirements.
Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal, and Sanjay Panikar formed the company in 2022. It uses a combination of AI and human EQ, sophisticated analytics, and contact centres to ensure that only parents with a strong inclination toward EdTech products are addressed for sales. With a growing user base spanning the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, the company is on a mission to become the world’s leading aggregator, addressing a major global challenge in education: transparency and trust in decision-making.
Speaking on the deal, Ravi Bhushan, Founder and CEO of BrightCHAMPS, said:
This acquisition is an inspiring milestone because it is a clear financial indicator of our priorities and strategy for sustainably growing the company. We believe that high customer satisfaction and net promoter scores are critical to the long-term success of a product like edtech, which has a far-reaching impact spanning decades in its customers’ lives.
After the acquisition, Edjust is set to refine its sales model and expand its presence across 30 geographies, introducing parents to immersive digital experiences.
BrightCHAMPS, founded in 2020 by Ravi Bhushan, aims to bridge the gap between school education and children’s learning needs. The startup seeks to equip students to be technologically, financially, and socially competent by utilizing Invisible Learning to develop each child’s inherent potential.
In April 2023, BrightCHAMPS acquired Hyderabad-based EdTech startup Metamorphosis Edu in a cash and stock deal.
