PBS: Nova Labs
A terrific platform for teens and older learners, NOVA Labs is a digital platform where ‘scientific citizens’ can participate in the scientific process and participate in real-world surveys by visualizing, analyzing and playing with the same data that scientists use.
Every NOVA laboratory is unique and emphasizes a different active field of research. But they all demonstrate key concepts with compelling and informative videos that explain why these research topics matter to students and society. Accompanying each laboratory according to the standards is a guide for educators. Users can set up a free account to follow their progress.
This collection will find some original short videos from Sun Lab, Energy Lab, Cloud Lab, RNA Lab, CybersecurityLab, and Evolution Lab.
