MoodleMoot India 2016: Platform for You to Network, Brainstorm and Discuss ELearning in Indian Context

Moodle is the best open source LMS in the world backed by a strong community support.

Moodle is an open source learning platform with more than 70 million users (and growing everyday!) worldwide and translated in over 100 languages. Moodle aims to provide educators, individuals, schools, universities and workplaces with the tools to build their own highly customized site for online and blended learning. 

Though Moodle has organized many conferences called MoodleMoot around the globe; for the first time the Indian community of Moodle has planned to host a conference for Moodle in India with the hope that this will spread awareness in the country about Moodle and educational technology in general especially in regards to eLearning.

The event will have the honor of having Mr. Martin Dougiamas (CEO and Founder of Moodle) and Ms. Michelle Chawla as the keynote speaker for the day.

Mr. Martin Dougiamas is leading the team of software developers at the heart of the Moodle project. He has a mixed academic background in computer science and education; and Ms. Michelle Chawla is an open source practitioner and educator running the Tamarind Tree School in Dahanu, Maharashtra, India. It is an alternative school working with first generation tribal learners at the primary level.

The event will help you in:
