New Delhi, Aug, 2019: Hailing India Inc. for its role in increased job creation, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, at the unveiling of 2019-2020 Union Budget, announced the target of making India a $5 trillion economy by 2025.
Furthering the aim of driving the country’s growth, there is high emphasis upon boosting India’s education and skilling ecosystem. This will further accelerate job creation and put India on the fast-track to greater economic growth.
Against this backdrop, TiE Delhi-NCR, is set to host the 6th Annual India Education Entrepreneurship Day (IEED) on 30th August, 2019. IEED is a leadership conference that looks at setting conversations around Vision 2025 for the industry. With an audience of 300+, #IEED brings together the brightest minds of the country with ideas focused on a wide range of subjects. As part of the event, IEEDs knowledge partner, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation – India, will present a research on ‘Busting myths in the jobs ecosystem’.
