OmniUpdate, Destiny Solutions Merge to Expand Offerings to Higher Education Market

OmniUpdate, a leading web content management system (CMS) provider for higher education, and Destiny Solutions, a leading student lifecycle management solution provider for non-traditional higher education, have merged to operate as one company, it has announced in a press release.

The respective industry-leading companies have joined to provide the most innovative and comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions to the higher education market, offering higher education’s first cloud-based and end-to-end student digital engagement platform.

Commenting on the merger with Destiny Solutions, OmniUpdate CEO and Co-founder Lance Merker said in a statement,

The combined company brings together more than 150 employees with deep experience focusing solely on higher education clients.
