Infinity Learn Acquires Concept-based Multilingual Content Platform Don’t Memorise

Infinity Learn, an education technology startup run by Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, has acquired Don’t Memorise, a concept-based multilingual content platform, to cater to Grade 6-10 learners who like to master learning with the simplest way to understand a topic through a bite-sized, and engaging video lessons and tap into the increasing learner market in tier-2 and -3 cities.

The acquisition brings two platforms with distinct and highly complementary offerings and provides improved new-age learning solutions and offerings to new-age learners in India while accelerating the ambitious expansion plan of Infinity Learn.

Founded in 2014 by Ganesh Pai, Don’t Memorise is a trusted online education company for students, teachers and parents around the world. The platform focuses on the K-10 segment, specifically for grades 6 to 10, developing high-quality English, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali content for Maths and Science mainly. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is one of the fastest-growing platforms in the country, with a large subscriber base of 2.6 million and over 250 million views on YouTube with an attractive overall 96%+ positive response.

Speaking about the company, Founder of Don't Memorise, Ganesh Pai, said,

Don't Memorise has partnered with a number of prominent educational organisations. The Adani Foundation uses edu.dontmemorise.com, a platform exclusively for educational institutions, in several of their schools. It also acts as a content partner for Hindustan Times Learning Centres and ConveGenius within their EdTech ecosystems.

Infinity Learn is the fastest-growing EdTech in India. The platform offers students free mock tests so that they can assess themselves and then work further to enhance their knowledge. The startup is led by people with the purpose to become global leaders in the digital learning arena and has achieved one million-plus registered users and 100K+ paid users on the platform in a span of 8 months since its commercial launch.

The company claims to have solved over 100K+ doubts so far through the Doubts 24X7 App (with under 5 mins turnaround time). It also has over 10 million + questions attempted by learners of the platform so far and robust more than 500K questions in the platform's question bank with over 300K+ solutions (including vernacular content being created in-house), making it one of the few companies in India today claiming the content leadership. Last year in October, Infinity Learn had acquired Teacherr, a Hyderabad-based teacher-focused community platform for an undisclosed amount.
