Concentric Educational Solutions, a provider of an education support system based in Baltimore, MD, has raised $5 million in a Series A round led by New Markets Venture Partners. The funding will accelerate growth, build out its suite of services, and establish a philanthropic foundation to help youngsters at home and in school.
Concentric Educational Solutions was founded to assist students, families, and schools by identifying educational hurdles and providing resources and services to improve student results. Currently, the platform offers home visits, mentoring, tutoring, professional development, school culture and climate, student support services, technical assistance, the multi-tier system of support (MTSS), and social and emotional learning. The company focuses on ensuring that the specific needs of its clients drive its approach by making this expertise available to schools.
