The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that virtual workshops will be conducted to enhance career development for students, parents, teachers, principals, and counsellors. The workshops seek to help and assist students, parents, school heads, and teachers in decision-making. Every week, one workshop will focus on one group. The session recordings will also be available on CBSE’s official YouTube channel—youtube.com/@cbsehq1905.
The CBSE has specially designed these workshops to provide participants with a comprehensive approach to career advising and decision-making. The board has issued a workshop schedule containing the date, time, topic, speakers, registration, and webinar links.

All concerned are encouraged to join the sessions live on Webex or via live stream. Certificates of participation will be awarded for principals, teachers, and counsellors workshops to those who submit the session feedback form within 24 hours of the live session conclusion. For those unable to join the sessions due to unavoidable circumstances, the session recordings will be available on CBSE’s official YouTube channel—http://www.youtube.com/@cbsehq1905.
The workshop designed for students emphasises the importance of reflective thinking as a foundational skill for self-reliance in recognising their unique talents and aptitudes. By fostering an environment that encourages self-exploration, students are guided to understand their inherent strengths and how these can be aligned with future educational and career opportunities.
