Disprz, an AI-powered learning platform that helps companies upskill workforces, has recently raised $30 million in its Series C round led by Lumos Capital. The funding round was also joined by 360 ONE Asset (IIFL Wealth) and existing investors Kae Capital, KOIS and Dallas Venture Capital.
According to the company, the fresh capital will be utilized for global market expansion and product development, including integrating generative AI across the learning and skilling cycle. It also intends to hire data scientists, skill scientists and software engineers. Additionally, it aims to form strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
Co-founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz helps organizations build a steady pipeline of the fully enabled workforce by accelerating job readiness, enabling skilling on the job, and facilitating career mobility. The platform envisions itself as a people intelligence suite on a global scale, extending beyond employee skilling to back every stage in an employee’s lifecycle. The company aims to empower organizations worldwide to advance their workforce potential through skills, data & personalization.

Before that, the corporate learning firm had raised $13 million in a Series B round from Dallas Venture Capital (DVC), Mars Growth Capital and others in 2021. The company has raised around $50 million in funding to date.
