Paris-based HRTech startup Welcome to the Jungle has raised $54 million (€50 million) in a Series C funding round to boost employer branding and fuel global growth.
The company secured the new funds from existing backers Revaia, XAnge, and Bpifrance, and new investors blisce, Cipio Partners, Groupe ADP, Kostogri, and RAISE Sherpas.
Founded in 2015, Welcome to the Jungle is on a mission to rethink work culture, recruitment, and employee-employer alignment and has established itself as a key player in employer branding and recruitment. It provides clients, both companies and recruiters, a shop window to showcase their brand to job candidates and also tools for making the hiring experience quick and easy. The platform also provides a space for job seekers to find the right fit for them.
Welcome to the Jungle’s concept is to popularize the employer branding concept with solutions that increase the attractiveness of companies for job seekers, and provide them with an exciting and seamless hiring experience.

The HRTech startup plans to use the new funds to step up its global expansion and develop more employer branding solutions. It also plans to enhance its offering with new features, localize its solutions for different markets, especially the US, and bring in more team members.
