ICA Edu Skills, India’s leading vocational training & placement institute, has partnered with Techno India University, Sister Nivedita University, Sharda University, Royal Global University, and Suresh Gyan Vihar University, intending to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The collaboration aims to offer courses such as Business Administration, Data Science and Commerce that are more relevant, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the 21st-century workforce.
Under this association, students will be offered a three-year full-time graduation programme wherein they can spend two years in classroom training and one year as a paid internship. At the end of the programme, students will also be provided placement assistance by ICA Edu Skills.
The tie-up will focus on updating and enhancing existing curricula to ensure they are in sync with the evolving demands of the job market. Courses will be designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen careers.
Furthermore, CA Edu Skills and its university partners will work closely with industry leaders to identify emerging trends and skill requirements. This information will be used to develop programmes that align with the current needs of employers, making graduates more job-ready. The main objective of this programme is to provide practical training and industry exposure to the students to make them industry-ready.
ICA Edu Skills began its journey in 1999 to train job-seeking youngsters in India and make them employable at a low cost. As the industry wants ‘Skilled Manpower,’ the platform broadened its horizons to provide practical training to its students and assist them in obtaining placement at top corporations and MNCs. It is widely considered the best training institute in India, with over 200 training centres around the country, and receives accolades for its work by numerous companies and organisations each year. ICA has also collaborated with the NSDC and is working with the central and state governments to train and place candidates in a variety of other industries, including BFSI, Retail, IT/ITES, Apparel, Gems and Jewellery, Hospitality, Healthcare, Telecom, Automobile, Agriculture, Logistics, Construction, Media & Entertainment, and Beauty & Wellness. It shares the “Skilled India” national vision.
