JobGet, a leading mobile hiring app that connects hourly workers with employers, has recently acquired Heroes Jobs, a Los Angeles-based social networking platform targeted toward members of Gen Z seeking retail and hospitality roles. The acquisition broadens JobGet’s portfolio of employers, enhances the social community experience, and deepens the relationship between job seekers and employers.
However, the amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded by Tony Liu, JobGet provides a marketplace that currently powers over 100,000 employers, including Whole Foods, Public Storage, Taco Bell, Lovesac, and Kelly Services, to access an active community of job seekers with a reach of 65 million. The platform connects large and small brands with high-intent and top-quality candidates instantly. Most employers who post a job with JobGet receive their first applicant within 6 minutes. The company aims to reshape the employment landscape for hourly employers and professionals to be instant, accessible, and human. The Boston-based startup has raised over $60 million in funding and powers over 100,000 employers across the United States.

Nearly one million users nationwide turned to the Heroes Job app, and the platform has successfully serviced a variety of employers, including notable brands such as Panda Express, H&M, Inspire Brands, Chipotle, and Wendy’s. The company has raised $9M in funding since inception.
