JobKorea, a Seoul-based job site operator, has announced the acquisition of NineHire, a recruitment management solution to enhance services for corporate customers. With the acquisition of NineHire, JobKorea plans to accelerate its transformation into an “HR Tech-based comprehensive career platform” by actively responding to corporate customers’ demand for HR solutions and enhancing service competitiveness.
Nine Hire is a “one-stop HR solution” that streamlines the hiring process, from job posts to acceptance notifications. The platform allows one to create recruiting sites, collect recruitment announcements and applications, integrate applicant management (administration of the recruitment stage, communication of candidates, coordination of interview schedules, and so on), and evaluate applicants in various ways. It provides capabilities for corporate recruitment management, such as data analysis. The platform is the first in the industry to provide a “workflow automation” function that can automate and shorten repetitive tasks in the hiring process according to the hiring process. It also offers the function of a ‘Direct Talent Sourcing Solution’ for hiring key talents.

The startup claims to have over 2.5 million corporate members and over 10 million individual members, and the number of job posts on a given date exceeds 100,000, with an average of 330,000. With over 10,000 postings, the platform features the most job listings among domestic Internet job sites.
