First Platform That Provides True 360 Degree View of Learner Progression from One Unified Record, and Built Exclusively on Salesforce.
Motivis Learning, the first online learning platform to leverage the power of Salesforce CRM as a Student Information System (SIS), today announced that it has launched Hult International Business School’s new Student Information System. This release enables administrators at Hult to log into one platform and access any student record from their 4,500 person student body comprised of more than 130 nationalities across seven international campus locations.
Designed with ease-of-use in mind in an effort to reduce data-silos, Hult collaborated with Motivis as a design partner to accelerate additional SIS features on the existing Motivis Learning Relationship Management (LRM) platform. Hult administrators can now track every student’s learning journey – from applicant to student to alumni and beyond – from one centralized record, with the ability to access all that information in a singular location via a data driven, student-centered approach.
“Back in 2012 when I joined College for America (CfA), one of the country’s first competency-based education institutions, we needed to support new models of education that existing systems couldn’t handle,” said Brian Peddle, Founder and CEO of Motivis Learning. “At the time we couldn’t find any solutions to meet our SIS, LMS and coaching model requirements essential for student success, so we built our own on top of the Salesforce platform. That success allowed us to launch Motivis Learning and bring our Learning Relationship Management system from CfA to Hult and other institutions.”
The success of the Motivis Learning platform at College for America was what caught Hult’s Chief Technology Officer Marcus Wilhelm’s attention. “When we started searching for a new Student Information System to replace our existing system, we knew we needed a platform that could integrate with other educational technology, be scalable and meet future unknown requirements,” said Marcus Wilhelm. “We had been using the Salesforce platform in other areas of the school and wanted to further reduce our footprint. Motivis Learning was a perfect fit because of their educational and Salesforce expertise.”
At the forefront of Learning Relationship Management, Motivis Learning has designed its solutions from the ground up to support multiple models of education and allow for institutions to experiment with new models that support best practices for engaging lifelong learners without being confined to legacy systems.
