The acquisition enables Recruitics to add a scalable video recruitment product to its platform, which should improve the candidate experience and applicant engagement.
Founded in 2012, Recruitics operates an AI-powered recruitment technology platform, iON, to help companies attract and hire talent. Its iON platform focuses on programmatic advertising, employment and recruitment analytics. It uses Recruitics proprietary technology to track, interpret and optimize recruitment marketing strategies for its clients.
