HeadHunter, one of the most significant job and employee search sites, has launched a multi-format training scheme, Expert.hh.ru, for recruitment and employment professionals. The product is intended to develop HR experts’ skills and increase knowledge of online recruiting, according to the company’s head of client training, Oksana Subbotina.
The multi-format educational environment aims to systematize relevant and up-to-date information to help recruiters increase their efficiency when using hh.ru. It is designed as a one-stop shop where novice HR managers and professional recruiters can get the latest know-how on finding employees, working with candidate responses, applying hh.ru technologies and algorithms, best practices and confirmed cases. Svetlana Semyonova, head of B2B product marketing, said, they will be able to test their knowledge online and get certified.
Speaking about the initiative, Svetlana Semyonova said:
Every day, thousands of HR experts look for employees on hh.ru using modern online recruiting solutions. In the first half of 2023 alone, the skill of working with hh.ru is required in over 5,000 vacancies for HR specialists and HRD. We are launching this unique online educational project to help everyone grow in their profession and help businesses develop.
The Expert.hh.ru environment consists of three modules (training, certification, webinars), each allowing users to study for free anytime and anywhere: all lessons and webinars and the online certification simulator can be viewed and completed from a computer or smartphone. The company said that short video lessons can be watched multiple times for better memorization and consolidation of knowledge and used to prepare for certification tests. Users who pass the tests will receive an official certificate from the company’s website. It is valid for a year and can be downloaded and used in an HR professional’s portfolio. Users must enter their employer’s account to register on the platform.
