The Design Village, an interdisciplinary, industry-focused design institute based in Delhi NCR that offers UGC-accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TU Delft in the Netherlands. According to an official release, this agreement aims to foster academic and industrial collaboration between these institutions, encompassing a five-year bilateral international industry exchange and cooperation programme.
This collaboration between TDV and TU Delft is an important step forward in the global quest for academic excellence and design innovation. In addition to the statement, it is expected to provide students with priceless opportunities for cross-cultural education, exposure to various design methodologies, and opportunities to apply their skills in real-world settings.
TU Delft provides an extensive ACT Development Programme throughout the Academic Career Track, consisting of a wide range of training courses and instruments in all areas of the academic career. Based on one’s ACT Personal Development Plan and one’s talents, experiences, and preferences, one decides which recommended and in-depth training courses, in addition to the required training courses, will be pursued.
