En-Japan, a provider of online recruitment services, has introduced a reskilling product to help start-ups and SMEs undergoing digital transformation to discover and develop their existing human resources to help them bridge the skills gap. En SX [sales transformation] Reskilling is an extension of En SX, launched in April 2021 to help clients improve business performance.
According to the press statement, Companies digitizing their workflows need more employees compatible with the transition. Moreover, external recruitment hinders business automation, as new appointees take time to settle in and produce results.
Headquartered in Tokyo, En-Japan maintains that its no-code tools, and intuitive graphical user interfaces, support the systematic discovery of digital transformation (DX) human resources. The firm mentioned that the new service was inspired by En-Japan’s struggle to reduce the talent gap.
En-Japan aims to support job seekers actively participating and becoming firmly entrenched in their new jobs by linking the recruitment of the best people, effective education, and highly convincing evaluation. The platform helps companies to improve their business performance.
Speaking about the development, the Company Executive of En-Japan, Yujiro Noda, said:
Therefore, we launched En SX Reskilling to discover and develop DX human resources from employees who know the field. We would like to contribute to the growth of more companies by generously providing the reskilling know-how that we have accumulated in the growth process.
The company’s latest earnings report said that En-Japan’s annual revenue amounted to $502 million in the 12 months to March 2023.
