Toprankers, India’s leading digital learning platform for judicial services, recently announced the acquisition of Chinar Law Institute (CLI) in the Delhi and Gurugram regions for an undisclosed sum, reinforcing its commitment to providing unparalleled legal coaching and expertise.
The deal, which Toprankers-owned Judiciary Gold completed, will allow the EdTech platform to strengthen its expertise in the law coaching domain and expand its offerings for judicial aspirants. The acquisition will enable Toprankers to capitalize on synergies and acquire CLI’s faculty to scale up operations.
CLI will now operate under the brand name Judiciary Gold by Toprankers.
CLI, founded by Sparsh Jain, is a renowned law institute in Gurugram known for offering aspiring legal professionals comprehensive legal knowledge and practical insights. The institute began to help passionate law students shape their careers and emphasize a holistic approach to legal education. The platform coaches and mentors law students and offers online and offline judicial services courses.

These institutes feature an impressive capacity of 100 plus students and exceptional facilities like a library, computer lab, doubt session classrooms, etc.
The faculty members at these upcoming centres boast a wealth of experience and academic knowledge.
