UK-based privately-held specialist recruitment firm, nGAGE Talent, (previously known as Human Capital Investment Group) recently announced that it has acquired Ryalto, a technology business that specialises in workforce communications, engagement and the provision and booking of flexible work (or shifts). However, the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007, nGAGE Talent offers invaluable support to assist all the companies to grow rapidly. The platform doesn’t just provide capital, it also offers an unparalleled support network of over 200 years combined recruitment experience, as well as mentoring and peer networking within the group. By anticipating the talent needs of structural growth markets, the company acts as the catalyst for entrepreneurial success.
Commenting on the acquisition, Chief Executive Officer of Ryalto, Jon Bennett said:
We are thrilled that Ryalto has been purchased by nGAGE. Ryalto has been a success story for a number of years; onboarding and supporting blue-chip clients, gaining thousands of new users each year and experiencing significant revenue growth. For the next phase of our journey to be with nGAGE means our true potential can be reached; we can go faster with our growth in the healthcare & broader care sector, harder at our international expansion and continue our plan to explore other relevant sectors.
Ryalto is a technology business that specialises in workforce communications, engagement and the provision and booking of flexible work (or shifts). With a focus on worker (user) experience, the platform is primarily delivered as a ‘social media style’ mobile app but can also be accessed using the dedicated desktop version via a web browser. Backed by a powerful analytics module, organisations that use Ryalto have access to a rich, live data set that helps them develop their people and culture strategies based on real-time facts and figures.
Group CEO of nGAGE Talent, Tim Cook, said:
This is a great strategic acquisition for nGAGE. It adds significantly to the breadth of HR Tech that we are able to offer to solve our customer’s diverse range of needs. Today, many companies fundamentally rely on a disparately located workforce that wants, and often needs,to work flexibly and that expect to be able to manage their working lives, including how and when they work, using mobile apps. Ryalto is proven to meet this challenge in care whilst getting five star feedback from the users – that is quite an achievement! nGAGE can help take it so much further and support the addition of even more exciting features and functions for current and future users and customers across a range of sectors.
Whilst Ryalto has focused on healthcare and care over the last three years, working with clients such as Spire Healthcare, Circle Health Group, the NHS, Primary care providers (GPs) and a range of leading Social Care providers, other sectors will be keen to enjoy the significant cultural and financial benefits of using the platform.
With Ryalto’s acquisition, nGAGE Talent marked its first strategic acquisition of 2023.The leadership team analysed the market carefully, understanding that many organisations need to build better capability when seeking to manage, engage and deploy their workforce yet with so few having the capability or tools to do it efficiently or cost effectively.
In 2016, nGAGE Talent had acquired Setsquare Recruitment Ltd., a UK-based construction recruitment agency.
