UK-based, The Access Group, a provider of business management software, announces the acquisition of Diversely. This Singapore-based inclusive recruiting solution uses data and analytics to aid staffing companies in increasing diversity among their workforce.
The Access Group made several purchases in 2022 before the merger. FastTrack360, a SaaS billing and payment solution, and Vincere, a recruiting operating system, were acquired by it.
This acquisition marks a significant turning point in the realm of diversity, equality, and inclusion (DE&I). Diversely’s acquisition by a larger technology company is evidence of the growing importance of DE&I in the workplace. The transaction’s value was kept confidential.
Access Group’s Expansion Plans:
Access Recruitment, a part of The Access Group, will be able to provide its customer base with a comprehensive suite on its website, Access Volcanic. The website will enable organisations to assess, monitor, and enhance diversity.
Additionally, it will help them find new clients, maintain compliance, and draw in a larger pool of applicants as a recruiting option. For agencies worldwide, the platform will also provide the tools needed to draw prospects and shortlist submissions, utilising a completely inclusive approach, including DE&I reporting, bias-free hiring, and increased pipeline diversity.
“Our award-winning Diversely suite allows our recruitment agency customers to meet their clients’ DE&I needs like never before. DE&I is one of our generation’s megatrends. Diversely’s data and analytics embedded in Access Recruitment’s Volcanic website and CRM platforms like Vincere will help recruitment agencies deliver an inclusive candidate journey, increase client satisfaction, and win more business,” said Christian Fleck, managing director of Access Recruitment.
McGuire, CEO of Diversely, added: “The vision for a solution that struck at the heart of biases in hiring and to solve a lack of workplace diversity was conceived over eight years ago.”
“Since coming together as co-founders in 2020, Hayley and I have worked relentlessly with our talented teams to create, educate on and grow an effective, efficient, data-driven way to ensure inclusive hiring practices are a part of day-to-day processes for recruitment organisations.”
“We couldn’t be more excited about Diversely’s new home within The Access Group, which will ensure that our mission to have this new-age technology in the hands of as many hiring professionals as possible, delivered at a speed and scale that we could only have dreamed of three years ago.”
