Zamit, a pioneering force in educational transformation, has partnered with QAI, UK, to unveil the iTERM Programme. This one-of-a-kind international Teaching Excellence & Relevance Management (iTERM) Programme, a 130-hour Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiative, is set to revolutionize the educational landscape. It equips teachers of classes three and above with the skills, attributes, and resources necessary for educational excellence in the 21st century.
iTERM, mapped to Level 5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England and Northern Ireland, represents the world’s first holistic approach to teacher development. It uses Zamit’s proprietary Measure, Improve, and Monitor (M-I-M) model, focusing on the research-based Nine Dimensions, covering 80+ Teaching Excellence and Relevance Management (TERM) skills. It also offers a comprehensive 130-hour training regimen designed to enhance teaching capabilities for educators of classes 3 to 12. Furthermore, this programme leverages Zamit’s proprietary Nine Dimensions, covering over 80 essential skills for teaching excellence and relevance management.
Sharing his thoughts on the latest initiative, Abhijeet Mukherjee, CEO of Zamit, said:

Teachers enrolled in the iTERM Programme can also participate in annual research grants funded by The Future Foundation. Additionally, they will have continuous access to a Resource Vault offering a variety of curated classroom support materials and professional development content. They will also have the opportunity to attend regular webinars and symposia led by national and international experts to provide ongoing professional insights. The programme includes tools to build and update a teacher’s professional profile and opportunities for rewards and recognition.
The initiative is delivered through a blended learning model, offering flexibility with both face-to-face and online modules. It includes five structured Professional Development Programmes for skill enhancement, 18 webinars and symposia for expert insights, action research activity and guided self-developmental engagements tailored to individual growth. Participants will engage in practical teaching activities and evaluations through assignments and observations with impact analysis reports to measure teaching effectiveness.
