Aaron Sams, Flipped Learning Network Chair, talks about the flipping the classroom and when it will become the norm in U.S. classrooms.
Sams has been an educator since 2000 and is currently the Director of Digital Learning at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA, Adjunct Lecturer at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. He taught Chemistry and AP Chemistry at Woodland Park High School in Woodland Park, Colorado and at Los Altos High School in Hacienda Heights, CA. He was awarded the 2009 Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching. Aaron recently served as co-chair of the Colorado State Science Standards Revision Committee and serves as an advisor to TED-Ed. His co-author with Jon Bergmann of the books Flip Your Classroom and Flipped Learning.
