We’re not quite at the stage of all being cyborgs, but the wearable computing market is growing, and the number and type of devices is also increasing. One form in particular that has a great deal of potential for many hands-free uses is the HUD (Heads Up Display) mounted in the form of goggles or glasses. These types of wearables already come in a variety of shapes and sizes, from as light as the Google Glass to the more bulky Oculus Rift (which was acquired by Facebook in Mar 2014 for $2B).

With the use of some powerful Chrome extensions, i.e., add-ons, education can be made more dynamic and effective than ever before Basically, extensions are created to add more functionality to the browser, which ultimately people can use it to their benefits. In case of teachers, they can use those extensions to make their teaching more interactive, engaging and productive.
Flipgrid is a unique platform designed by teachers, for teachers at the University of Minnesota. It is an amazing site where teachers can create grids of short discussion-style questions.
Let’s learn more about it. Flipgrid enables educators to create grids of short discussion-style questions that students respond with recorded voice. Grids could be sections, group of students, classes, faculty group, research groups or collection of leaners’ that are interested in the common set of questions.
